‘Hunkkaar: The Roar’ Climax Moves Audiences; Director Karan Kapadia Reveals How Aneet Padda Prepared for the Emotional Testimony Scene

The web series Hunkkaar: The Roar is receiving attention for its gripping climax and emotionally powerful performances. Director Karan Kapadia has shared behind-the-scenes insights into the making of some of the series’ most impactful scenes through a newly released scene breakdown video.

Talking about actress Aneet Padda’s performance, Karan revealed that special efforts were made to help her connect emotionally with the character. He frequently played compositions by renowned musician Ludovico Einaudi on the sets to create the right emotional atmosphere.

Karan explained that whenever Aneet found it difficult to connect with the required emotions, he would play the music and ask her to perform the entire dialogue sequence again. This helped her understand and recreate the emotional intensity of the scene.

He also revealed that every actor from Hunkkaar was present to support Aneet during the highly emotional testimony sequence, which has received considerable appreciation from audiences.

Reflecting on his experience, Karan described the climax and Meenu’s testimony as two of the best scenes he has ever directed. He added that remembering these moments still gives him goosebumps.
